Who we are

I created this practice with a simple but powerful intention: to build a safe and affirming space where queer and trans people can come exactly as they are. Too often, 2SLGBTQIA+ folks face therapy spaces where they feel unseen, misunderstood, or pressured to explain their identities. I wanted to change that.

As a queer counsellor, I know how important it is to feel truly understood in the therapeutic relationship. My own experiences have shown me how healing it can be to be met with acceptance, care, and affirmation, and I bring that understanding into the way I hold space for others.

This practice is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves care that not only accepts but also celebrates who they are. Here, your identity, relationships, and lived experiences are never questioned or minimized; they are honoured and held with respect. My goal is to create a place where you can explore your story, heal from what has hurt you, and discover new ways of living authentically and fully.

Although our practice is focused on queer/trans individuals, we accept people of all ages, genders, sexualities, and cultural backgrounds.
